(I am honestly afraid that she will see this post and finally try to evict me, sense I am sure you can see my name if you are for some insane reason looking to move here please do not mention me, I'm just wanting to live my life happily and in solitude)
I needed to move into an apartment as soon as possible but did not know that she puts up a really good at front of pretending it to be nice and sweet. Note that I do not disturb my neighbors, Pay my rent not even a daily and very well mannered when speaking to her. I simply asked if I could have a pet due to the fact that I see a lot of other people with pet here, I didn't get a pet then say something I just simply asked. I was threatened to be evicted. Her locks on the premises are so basic that even a child could bump the lock and the locksmith has a reputation for making copies and selling your key to people (Found that out today), My Uncle who is a well known lock Smith in ohio who offered to put locks which could not be picked and are very expensive free of charge on my door and gladly make copies for the landlord to have, When I asked I was threatened it with Eviction for the 2nd time just for asking. I have had people in my apartment without my knowledge until I find food missing which has happened at several times (i live alone so I'd know if i was eating it) Last night after being away for 4 days came back to my apartment being on locked (I know I locked it) and food missing again, I drew the line at the fact that now my apartment was left open. I wrote a letter and put it in her mail slot for the office. I got a call that I missed and called back upon noticing, She flips out on me, even know I was not cursing and I was being as polite as possible followed by hanging up on me. I have forgotten to mention that when you are home a maintenance comes to your apartment without you knowing they are coming walk straight in without even knocking! I can tell you I know this 1st hand due to being woken up hearing a man's voice, I jump up and grab at my baseball bat and pretended I was just slowly waking up and asking who was there... This is not acceptable, This is my 1st apartment and even I know that none of this is ok to do, but I have to deal with this until my lease is finally up because I do not want an eviction on my record nor do I want to hurt my family's credit for putting their butts on the line for me... PLEASE IF YOU ARE READING THIS I IMPLORE YOU NOT TO COME HERE, I DON'T WANT ANYONE TO BE HURT OR FEEL YOUR PROPERTY IS NOT SAFE!!!!

Property manager is very rude she lets maintenance and her self in when your gone = no privacy! She also picks and chooses who are aloud to have pets. Also if your single and get a gf in future and bring her over to your apt she will have maintenance and her self keep an eye on how many times she vist read the top part of lease agreement
