Nice place, nice people. Prices a little high. Product inventory a little hit and miss as to whether it's in stock.

New name/store in same location as old pet store. Some of the staff is knowledgeable and almost all are very friendly. Not a "mega-pet-store" with every product under the sun but they do have a decent selection and fair prices.
I would give them 0 stars if I could! I was supposed to get this amazing little kitten names grasshopper, but the way you have to get them is by applying. I WAS THE FIRST TO APPLY! But when they sent the paperwork they messed it up. There was another person who applied for the other kitten junebug, but then decided they wanted grasshopper. So they Gave MY kitten to someone else. I'm heartbroken, I had gone into the store almost everyday to see MY cat, and then they just sold her to someone else. I'm extremely upset. I would never recommend this place to anyone else!!!!
Helpful store, very clean and comfortable considering there are animals in it. And they have a place for you to bathe your dog
That was 3 months ago. This store has lost all of the valued employees and its wonderful management. It took my breath away today with the smell of unchanged bedding. The new assistant manager broke down and cried when I said that it smelled worse than ever before. The staff is completely new and completely uneducated on their products. I only wonder what will become of this place in the next Year. I always donated everytime i was asked during my 2 to 3 visits a week, but i have only been asked once in 2 months. Previous manager prided him self on their donations, the windows use to be completely covered with donation paws. Now the animals are in dirty bedding, the store smells, and there is a serious lack of quality service. I do hope I can re-edit my review soon to reflect the quality of the store they once where. Seriously doubting it though.
