Helpful staff in garden area. Wide variety of flowers , vegetables, shrubs, and trees at good value especially if you follow sales. Lowe's perennial guarantee makes purchasing with confidence much EASIER. Of course they have just about EVERYTHING needed for building, repairing, and maintaining a house from lumber to power tools. Lowe's does offer a military discount for active and retired service members. At times items can be found at other merchants cheaper but time and frustration saved by shopping at Lowe's turns out to be the better value.
Ordered $1,500 worth of appliances week and a half ago .was told be here on the 26th of September... they put in for the 26th of October absolutely embarrassing needless to so ill be doing business in lima/wapak from now on
Very poor!!!!! We asked if they had stockage fence panels. Yea. Somewhere. Was told this is a self serve lumber yard. We were assured that you load them yourself. While 2 Lowe's workers lean on a pole and watch you. It used to be a very helpful store. Has the store gone that downhill or is it just the lazy, worthless help????

Worst customer service! Waited around all day Saturday for my stuff to be delivered and when I called they said what I bought wasn't in stock. The guy who helped me in the plumbing dept assured me I would be his top priority and call me on Monday. I didn't get a call. Don't buy from this store they are all morons.
