Melissa was our sales associate. She was very helpful and walked us through the entire showroom. It's a very hard decision when making such a big purchase but she was patient and talked us through the pros and cons of the two sets we were torn between. Our furniture arrived today, a full week earlier than expected! It's better than we remember. We were so pleased with our experience that we took our mom up there to buy her living room set last week.
The sales staff were extremely helpful and not pushy. We had fun shopping there. We got the best price for the set we wanted. The delivery experience was wonderful. The delivery men took time to inspect each piece and were very careful when bringing them in. They even moved my old couch down to the basement for me. Great company who honors veterans.
When we purchased our leather couch, recliner and loveseat, we also purchased the extended warranty. We've developed a small hole in the recliner and contacted Ashley furniture to get it repaired. The customer service and Ashley furniture ordered a new part had it shipped straight to our house. When the new piece came in their service department came out and repaired the recliner. They did a very fast and very nice job. The professionalism of Ashley furniture and their service people are highly commended. I highly recommend Ashley furniture for the quality of furniture and their extended warranty.

The associates were amazing! Made us feel right at home. Helped us patiently until we were able to make a right decision on the pieces we wanted.
