Change machine was out of order and the spot free rinse wasn't working properly...left spots.

It seems if temp. gets below 32 degrees wash is closed. This seems to be happening in just the last two years. Every year I buy at least $100.00 worth of the tokens,sometimes $200.00 to last most of the year. If the wash is not open I don't need the tokens. Can the tokens be put in the dollar bill changer so you can use the hand wash.
