A&J Auto Sales has some of the worst customer serviced I have ever experienced. I bought a BHPH vehicle from them almost 45 days ago. My tags are about to expire and the owner didn't find it necessary to provide me with the memorandum for the title before now. We are ready to return the vehicle and file a suit in court. Thanks for making my life a little more stressful. Also, your secretary needs to be let go. Ridiculous!!!!
Terrible the guy who sold me both my cars for cash was amazing an very helpful. The owner of the dealer ship has been terrible. It's been over 30 days an I still have not received my ohio titles I can not plate sell or do anything with these vehicles an when i call the give me the run around excuse. An here today k was yelled at an hung up on. I hope this happens to no one else an recommend no one go there to purchase a car.
Bought my first vehicle in 2013 and bought another in April of this year. Have had great success with both vehicles. Will definitely buy another vehicle from A&J and recommend them.
The heavyset, unattractive woman that works there is very rude!
This place is awful they sold a care 'as is' and say there is no problems but yet it would be cheaper to buy a whole new engine and yet they yell at you over the phone and hang up
