I wanted to open a savings account. That's I wanted to do. Nope. First I had to wait 45 mins in line only to have the teller snap at me for not having a drivers license. I have a state ID and she had to make a comment on it. She then told me to sit in their lobby and wait for someone to help me. She disappears in the back and I wait for another 40 mins. There was no one coming to help me. I asked a different teller and she told me the same thing and by that point there was only 1 other person there besides me.

I left. I did not have all day to wait around and do nothing.

Machine ate my deposit with no reciept. Went to bank to tell them the next day.. they said it would be fri that they checked the machine. Fri turned into sat. Sat turned into monday and finally monday turned into wed. Most of thr machines are not allowing cash to be withdrawn.
I am not an account holder (not a citizen) but I have used this branch few times. They were always happy to help in any way they can. They have a notary at the bank.
